Hangzhou oxidizer, antirust agent and defoamer are added to the imported base oil of high quality nitrogen refining. It is a kind of advanced antioxidant and antirust steam turbine oil. As a hydraulic oil, it is widely used in bearings, general machinery and hydraulic devices of steam turbines of large capacity generators.
Product characteristics
High-quality hydrofining imported base oil and special additives technology were used for blending.
The friction coefficient is low and the machine tool starts well. Under the condition of low-speed feeding, machine crawling will not occur, which has high positioning and can be used for high-precision processing.
It has high adhesion to sliding surface and can form strong oil film under high load conditions. Under the condition of high-speed feeding, the floating of moving parts can be prevented and the high-precision control can be realized. In addition, the oil film on straight sliding surfaces such as machine tool pillars has high retention and ensures smooth lubrication.
It has a flash point above 250 C.
It has good separation with water-soluble cutting fluid.
It has excellent corrosion resistance to iron, steel alloy and cast iron, and can prevent rust and stain. In addition, it can also prevent the corrosion of sliding surface of metal and special resin lamination.
